The new season is almost here!

The new season is just around the corner...

Some of you have been working games all summer but it is important to remember to step away and recharge once in a while. Be sure to spend time with and thank those who support you in your passion.  Refereeing often takes us away from our loved ones and we need to acknowledge them with gratitude.

The 2025 registration window is now open. Please begin your recertification process and review the new law changes. 

​WAY TO GO KEVIN!
Congratulations to Kevin who was selected to referee at the USYS National Tournament in Florida in July this year! This recognition is well-deserved and is the result of years of hard work and dedication. I look forward to watching Kevin on even bigger stages soon.

Three of us also had the privilege to be selected to the 2024 USYS Far West Presidents Cup in Utah. CJ, Chris, and I worked with referees from across the western states as well as National Coaches, MLS and FIFA referees. Twelve referees from Cal South accompanied us and nine were selected for National Presidents Cup.

Refereeing can be many things: a source of income, a chance to give back to the community, a passion or a vocation. If you are serious, it can be very fulfilling and take you far. There are many opportunities to advance and improve and if you are looking for a career, the sky is the limit! If you are actively looking to advance, contact me, Chris or Kevin.
