Arrive early and check in the players, Check-in includes obtaining 3 copies of the roster, game fees and player ID cards.

If a player arrives late, they will be allowed to play as long as they have an ID card and hands it to the referee. The coach or the referee should add the name and player ID number to the roster at the first opportunity or after the game. If one or both teams feel there is something wrong with players, ID’s etc. They have the right to not sign the match report. It is the referee’s responsibility to detail these incidents in the match report.
